Was wondering why all of the Atlantic Neptune docs are marked “In Progress”?
We’re always blown away by how observant ya’ll are!
All Atlantic Neptune pages are marked as In Progress as part of the QA process the curatorial staff of the Geography and Map Division is currently undertaking. For most collections, the collections staff just spot check, but G&M has decided to go page by page to augment the transcriptions with some additional geographic info.
I’ve now temporarily hid the campaign, so you won’t see it in the Active or Completed campaigns lists or the American Revolution In Context page while QA is ongoing. That way we avoid volunteers closing the pages before they’ve been reviewed. It’ll be back once that’s complete!
Thanks for the reminder that volunteers might still find and be confused by these In Progress pages!

Thanks Lauren! I typically work on “In Progress” docs - so I was shocked when there were so many all at once.
