Just spreading awareness that there are many German pages that need review in the Sheet Music of the Musical Theater campaign. Most of these are in print and not cursive, so should be easier for those with a good grasp of or interest in the language to knock out.
Also, among the German (and some English) sheet music, some have titles or descriptions in Yiddish, so Yiddish speakers should also take a look!
Some examples:
- By the People Wo die Liebe hinfallt! (Sheet Music of the Musical Theater: 1906 to 1909)
- By the People Das musst’ ein eigener Zauber sein (Sheet Music of the Musical Theater: 1910 to 1915)
- By the People Gavote (Sheet Music of the Musical Theater: 1916 to 1919)
- By the People Ich komm’ halt immer zu spat (Sheet Music of the Musical Theater: 1916 to 1919)
