I worked on a few pages of vocabulary in the Schoolcraft project and have come across something that I’m not sure how to transcribe. The document linked below (and others in this set of translations) seem to show “if” (or “ifif”) in multiple words. In other vocab pages, “f” is not common. It doesn’t look like the typical double “s” writing. The “i” isn’t dotted, but in other places “i” is clearly dotted when not next to an “f”. I’m wondering if I’m missing something here or if it really is just “if”? I would appreciate any input.
Looking at the document you worked it looks like ifif to me, even if it is not dotted
