Question-- When, where, why to tag? I never have been clear about this.
–Are tags only for permanent inclusion on the page, such as cross-references to other pages? --Or can tags be used in a temporary capacity-- such as leaving a note to the next transcriber about some unfinished “awkward” part of the page that you didn’t get to, but have a plan for (think: complicated charts, graphs, ledgers). Thanks for your help!
How do I look for a tag? Especially for a specific language where I can help?
I leave a tag if I want people to know that a hard to read name or place is correct. Some people leave them to explain why a page is not complete but I find that unnecessary. In short, leave a tag for any reason whenever you want.

@Globetrotter Unfortunately we haven’t been able to implement search for tags within the site, so as Henry said they’re primarily useful for leaving notes on the page for the next person who comes along.
