I’ve seen cases where the title of the publication is incorrect, usually a spacing error like the example shown, linked here: By the People Hone ymoon (Sheet Music of the Musical Theater: 1900 to 1905) (and technically, the song is called “The Honeymoon”, not just “Honeymoon”)
Is there a formal process for us volunteers to correct these titles, or do we have to call them out here for someone at LOC to fix? Not sure if these are the same titles that get used in the actual LOC catalog.
Hey thanks for flagging this funny little bug! I’ve fixed it on our site, but more importantly, it IS already correct on the item’s catalog page on loc.gov: https://www.loc.gov/item/2016771153
If you think you see a mistake or misspelling in the collection’s name, hit that “View this item on loc.gov” to verify it in the catalog. If it seems like a By the People mistake, we’d love to have you contact us via our contact us button (which takes you to Ask a Librarian: By the People - Ask a Librarian ) so we can make things right!
Thanks for letting us know if you come across other examples - we’d honestly love to investigate

Thanks for investigating and providing this information! Great that the catalog was already correct and it was just a By The People bug.
